Advanced Panel Management Driving Spike in European Revenue for Vovici

IPC Media, Block de Ideas, and RM Named to Growing List of European Customers

DULLES, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 20100316 --

Vovici, the leading provider of Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) solutions, today announced three new European customer wins demonstrating ongoing momentum in the company’s international expansion.

Vovici helps companies engage their customers and increase customer loyalty through innovative Voice of the Customer solutions for managing proprietary panels. The company markets to European customers through its London office.

“We were seeking a powerful online research platform, and when we found Vovici, we were immediately convinced that it was the platform that would enable us to bring proprietary panels and communities to Spain,” said Omar Perez, R&D; Manager at Block de Ideas.

Recent new deals include the following transactions:

  • IPC Media, publisher of over 85 iconic media brands including Marie Claire, InStyle, and NME, has selected Basis Research and partner Vovici to run the IPC Origin Panel, a well known, online panel of 7,500 women in the UK to provide insights into the evolving attitudes and behavior of women across the country.
  • Leading Spanish market research company, Block de Ideas, is partnering with Vovici to manage its Spanish Consumer & Physicians Panels, and bring proprietary online panels and communities to its clients in Spain.
  • RM, one of the world’s leading education solutions companies, selected Vovici’s technology for managing its Voice of the Customer program, including building out a proprietary panel of its education customers.

“The expansion of our European customer base and partner network demonstrates the growing importance of Voice of the Customer initiatives among leading brands in the region, and in particular their adoption of Vovici’s Smart Panel capabilities,” said Ben Smith, vice president of EMEA for Vovici. “This momentum was kicked off last year with our longstanding partner Verve using Vovici technology as part of its community platform, Verve Engine, and Vovici’s pace of growth in Europe has since continued to accelerate. Our advanced survey, panel management, and online community solutions are helping some of Europe’s most forward-looking companies engage customers more deeply – from understanding what they like most about key products and services, to how they define a positive and rewarding customer experience.”

On 25 March 2010 at the Hilton Hotel Paddington, Vovici will host an executive workshop on how to set up and maintain feedback panels and online communities while avoiding the most common pitfalls. Vovici vice president of strategy and founder, Jeffrey Henning, will lead the event, presenting numerous best practices and customer case studies. “So many companies in the UK are looking to engage customers through feedback panels and online communities,” said Jeffrey Henning, vice president of strategy and founder of Vovici. “At this workshop, we’ll help them understand the opportunities and pitfalls of capturing the Voice of the Customer and what it takes to translate ‘hidden’ customer sentiments into actionable business insights.”
