    H. Wolfgang Katte, new General Manager Corporate Marketing

    The Japanese printer and copier manufacturer Kyocera Mita is
intensifying its pan-European marketing by creating the new position
of a General Manager Corporate Marketing: On December 1st, H. Wolfgang
Katte (38) joined the European Sales & Marketing Center (ESMC) of
Kyocera Mita Europe B.V., based in Meerbusch, near Dusseldorf.
Together with the local marketing experts, he will drive the strategic
marketing geared towards developing a strong pan-European brand.
    Katte has profound marketing know-how gained from 12 years of
professional experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Electronic
Consumer Goods, and IT industries. He was a Brand Manager for
Procter&Gamble and the Chief Marketing Officer at Scribor AG,
responsible for all Marketing and Sales activities. Most recently,
Katte consulted companies from diverse industries in strategic
marketing and corporate strategy. Originally from Hamburg, he earned
his MBA at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, U.S.A.

    European Large Account team founded by Stefan Dylka

    In order to exceed the demands of international corporations,
Kyocera Mita has founded a Large Account Team including
representatives from 15 European Kyocera sales countries. Stefan Dylka
(42), Senior Manager Large Accounts in the ESMC, manages and
coordinates the team being based in Meerbusch. Dylka previously was
Sales Manager Key & Large Account Business at Kyocera Mita Germany.
The team`s objective is to offer large customers products, solutions
and service as per their requirements.

    Scott Rankin heads the business handling indirect distribution
channels

    Kyocera Mita desires to further develop its indirect distribution
channels: Scott Rankin (37), Senior Manager Corporate Sales
Distribution, will strengthen the relations with OEM partners, system
integrators and distributors on an European level. The Scotsman has 15
years of know-how in the IT/Telecommunications industry and over 10
years senior sales management experience in large European
conglomerates. One of his previous stops was at The Phone House, where
he was head of sales.
